We cannot thank the staff at Twin Creeks Hospital enough. They were critical in saving my husband’s life when he took a turn for the worse. We were treated like family and the care is absolutely superb for rehab. They still check on us after we went home. You all are
the best!

My father was recently a patient at Twin Creeks Hospital following a hip fracture. His case was complicated by several underlying medical conditions, but the physicians assigned to his case were outstanding in their attention to detail, medical knowledge, and compassion for my father.
The facility is beautiful. The rooms are immaculately clean. Of more importance to me was the overall caliber of the staff. Everyone from the therapists to the nurses to the housekeeping department was kind to my father and treated him as an individual.
After his stay at Twin Creeks, his orthopedic surgeon at Baylor said he had never seen a patient my father’s age do as well following a hip fracture. He is now walking without a cane, and back to driving.
Thank you to everyone involved in his care at Twin Creeks. I highly recommend the hospital to anyone who needs a positive, supportive environment for rehabilitation.

Less than two weeks ago, my sisters and I were exploring our options for moving our mom from Independent Living to Skilled Care. The move seemed almost inevitable. Then, the referral was made for her to go to Twin Creeks for rehabilitation following her illness and we honestly believe the course
of her life was changed. I am still in awe of your program there and our family will remain grateful for the rest of our lives.
What made this transformation possible? I don't know where to begin.
First, the medical staff was extremely thorough and actually communicated with each other! Each doctor seemed to know what
the other doctors had said and they actually acted as a team instead of a number of different specialties housed under the same roof. My mom was
a person instead of a "case" and her treatment plan was made for her instead of her "diagnosis".
Next, that treatment plan was carried out seamlessly and correctly by the therapists, nurses, social worker and direct care
staff. We were constantly amazed that everyone in the hospital seemed to know her name and noticed her progress (and needs) on a day-to-day
basis. They seemed to know exactly when to push her (which was extremely important!), but they also knew when to comfort her in an
extremely frightening situation. With calm assurance they seemed to instinctively know how to make her smile and laugh even as they pushed
her to her physical limits and abilities so that she could begin to heal and regain the life she used to have.
Finally, and most importantly for us a family, they let us know what to expect so that we could make plans for the future. They
listened to our endless questions with sincere interest, attention and patience and always had enough time to let us finish our statements
before they began to speak. Every conversation was ended with "Do you have any other questions?" or "What can we do to help?". In this day
and time, these things rarely happen, but are so very deeply appreciated.
