Orthopedic Rehabilitation Program

Twin Creeks Orthopedic Rehabilitation Program is designed to meet the needs of patients following orthopedic surgery such as for hip fractures, hip and knee replacements, multiple trauma fractures, and back surgeries.

  • Physical and Occupational Therapy to assess mobility, activities of daily living, strength, range of motion, and balance
  • Medical Management of co-morbid conditions by physicians and rehabilitation nurses
  • Pain Management
  • Teach use of assistive devices
  • Mobility, home and community skills training
  • Evaluations by team members with expertise in the patient’s individual diagnosis
  • Maintain joint integrity following orthopedic surgeon’s protocol

Patients at Twin Creeks Hospital receive around the clock nursing and a minimum of three (3) hours of therapy, seven days a week.  Our goal is to improve the functional living skills of persons recovering from disabling medical illness or injury.
