We have a passion to deliver health and wellness seasoned with Life’s Flavors. Our Culinary staff has more than sixty years of combined experience in preparing and serving your special dietary needs and World Cuisines from fresh flavorful ingredients. Our Executive Chef is classically trained and strives to create lighter healthier meals to accommodate several diets. The flavorful meals show that healthy and tasty can co-exist to sustain wellness and longevity. Our passion for life’s flavors and a compassionate attitude lead our great people to give you great service of great food.
How This Service WorksShortly after admission, each patient is greeted by his or her Catering Associate and introduced to the Catering to You service. While at Twin Creeks your private physician will assist in ordering your diet plan in accordance with your needs. You will have the freedom to choose your meals from a daily menu, within your diet order. As a patient at Twin Creeks, upon arrival you will be visited by one of our Registered, Licensed Dietitians who will assist you with diet related questions and provide one on one education concerning your dietary needs and personal preferences." Breakfast meals are served daily in the comfort of your private room. To help in your recovery you will be assisted in moving to our spacious Dining Room so that you may have a social setting in which to enjoy your freshly prepared meals. Over the course of each day, Your Catering Associate will interact with you to six or more times: before each meal to record your menu selection, as they deliver your tray and during meal times to ensure you have everything you need. The Catering Associate is consistently assigned to the same unit, subsequently becoming part of the nursing team, working closely with Nurses, Registered Dietitians and the Culinary Team.
